The Under a Grand Wedding Package, and the Weekend Packages developed from it, include all that is required for a successful and enjoyable day. However, many Brides and Grooms do wish to offer their guests that little bit more, but still at a price they can afford.
The Events Team at the Clarion have developed some additional packages to enhance the day, while still allowing couples to budget effectively for the occasion.

Budget-friendly Beverage Package does what it says on the tin! At an unbeatable price of
only £6.50 per adult,
The Package includes
- Tea/Coffee and Biscuits on arrival at the Hotel, or after the Ceremony on site
- A Glass of Premium Sparkling Wine for the Toasts
- A Glass of Red or White Wine for the Meal
This package can also be tailored to your individual requirements, or expanded to include other items on request.
The
Venue Styling Package has been designed in conjunction with 'Over the Moon', a top quality local supplier of venue decorations, with years of experience in dressing wedding venues. The price starts at only £500, however it is worth over £800!
The Package includes
- Top Quality 30' Top Table Fairylight Backdrop
- Choice of Table Centres
- 100 Chair Covers and Sashes in the Colour of your Choice
Additional guests over 100 can be acommodated at only £2.50 each.
Evening Buffet Packages start from only £6.50 per portion, to include a selection of sandwiches/pizza slices, cocktail sausages and sausage rolls. Additional items can be added on request, and a price worked out accordingly.
